Store Keeper

Rijja Skin Care is seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and responsible Store Keeper to manage inventory, ensure smooth stock operations, and maintain accurate records for our growing skincare product line. The ideal candidate must come from a pharmaceutical or healthcare storage background with strong knowledge of inventory procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage stock inventory (receiving, labeling, arranging, issuing).
• Ensure all skincare products are stored under required conditions (temperature, humidity, safety).
• Maintain updated stock ledgers, GRNs, and issue notes.
• Coordinate with production, procurement & sales teams for stock requirements.
• Conduct monthly and quarterly stock audits.
• Ensure FEFO/expiry management of products.
• Prevent stock losses and maintain accurate stock reconciliation.
• Manage packaging material, labeling & product movement.
• Implement SOPs and ensure compliance with company policies.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com mandatory).
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Store Keeper in a pharmaceutical, cosmetics, or healthcare company.
• Strong understanding of warehouse protocols and documentation.
• Proficiency in MS Excel & inventory management software.
• Ability to work with precision, discipline, and responsibility.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
