About Us:

Tempo Sports is seeking an experienced Store Keeper to oversee and manage the inventory of raw materials and goods in our factory.

Job Summary:

We're looking for a reliable and organized Store Keeper to ensure efficient and accurate management of our store operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in store management, computer skills, ability to work on ERP system and knowledge of inventory control principles.

Responsibilities:

- Manage receipt, storage, and issuance of raw materials and goods

- Maintain accurate records of inventory, including bin cards and stock registers

- Enter data into ERP system for inventory management and tracking

- Conduct periodic physical stock counts and reconcile discrepancies

- Ensure proper storage, handling, and preservation of goods

- Coordinate with production, procurement, and logistics teams

- Monitor and report stock levels, expiries, and damages

- Implement and maintain 5S standards in the store

- Comply with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards

Requirements:

- Age: 35 years and above

- Education: Graduate (any discipline)

- Experience: 3+ years in store management or inventory control

- Basic computer skills (MS Office, ERP system)

- Knowledge of inventory management principles and practices

- Strong organizational and analytical skills

- Attention to detail and ability to work independently

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in manufacturing or industrial environment

- Certification in inventory management or supply chain management

- Familiarity with ERP systems

- Knowledge of quality control and safety procedures
