Job Description Store Keeper / Store Officer

Location: Ghaggar Karachi

Job Summary

The Store Keeper / officer is responsible for managing inventory, maintaining stock records, and ensuring proper storage and timely issuance of Spare Parts / Materials. The role supports smooth operations by ensuring availability, accuracy, and control of stock.

Key Responsibilities

· Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and supplies.

· Maintain accurate stock registers and inventory records on ERP.

· Store materials properly to prevent damage or loss.

· Issue materials as per authorized requests and maintain issue records.

· Monitor stock levels and report shortages or excess stock.

· Conduct regular physical stock verification.

· Coordinate with purchase, accounts, and operations departments.

· Maintain cleanliness, and safety in the store area.

· Handle returned, damaged, or scrap items as per company policy.

· Prepare daily and monthly stock and consumption reports.

Skills & Competencies

· Knowledge of inventory and store management.

· Basic computer skills (MS Excel / inventory software i.e. ERP / APEX).

· Good record-keeping and organizational skills

· Attention to detail and accuracy

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications & Experience

· Minimum: Matric / ICS / Diploma in Mechanical will be prefered

· 1–3 years of experience as a Store Keeper or similar role

· Experience in warehouse or workshop stores preferred

Working Conditions

· Full-time position

· May involve lifting and handling materials

· Warehouse / workshop-based environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs1.00 per month
