Key Responsibilities

• Shipment Coordination: Prepare, submit, and track all documentation for inbound and outbound shipments, including duty exemption applications where applicable. Coordinate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and regulatory authorities to ensure efficient clearance and delivery of goods
• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of inventory, monitor stock levels, and ensure timely replenishment. Conduct regular audits to verify inventory accuracy.
• Documentation & Compliance: Ensure all logistics documentation (BOE, invoices, HS codes, certificates of origin, packing lists, etc.) is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with local regulations and company policies
• Vendor & Stakeholder Liaison: Communicate with suppliers, transporters, and internal departments (procurement, finance, production) to coordinate logistics activities and resolve issues.
• Reporting: Track and report on logistics KPIs, shipment status, exemption savings, and any discrepancies or rejections. Prepare regular reports for management review.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize logistics processes, reduce costs, and improve service levels.
• Audit Support: Assist in internal and external audits related to logistics and customs compliance.
• Coordination for Shipments: Manage air, water, and land shipments, ensuring all goods are handled efficiently and safely
