Overview

Provide leadership for store operations to achieve company objectives and maximize sales while delivering high levels of customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Brief and guide staff on daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
• Maintain knowledge of new products, fashion trends and directives to respond to customer needs
• Ensure minimal stock loss and manage stockrooms
• Implement store operating procedures per brand and company policies
• Apply creative techniques to achieve or exceed store sales targets
• Ensure adequate stock levels to maximize sales
• Weekly audit store administration and resolve discrepancies
• Manage daily roster, leave, and staff grievances
• Maintain visual merchandising standards per VM guidelines
• Promote the Club Apparel Loyalty Program to drive repeat sales
• Supervise the store and provide feedback to Area Manager on employees and products
• Maintain awareness and vigilance of store security
• Stay updated on various brands for suggestive selling
• End-to-end store operations responsibility
• Must be physically fit to stand for extended hours and perform heavy lifting

Qualifications / Requirements

• Must be fashionable / well-groomed and possess up-to-date product knowledge
• Strong understanding of stock control and loss prevention
• Ability to respond to customer needs and provide excellent service
• Experience in managing a retail team and daily operations
