The ideal candidate will be responsible for sales performance, customer satisfaction, and staff training and development. You will work to foster client loyalty and expand our brand presence. The ideal candidate will spearhead these efforts with a customer-centric attitude.


Responsibilities


  • Drive store profitability by meeting and exceeding established sales targets and KPIs.
  • Analyze performance data to identify trends and implement strategies for growth.
  • Cultivate a culture of excellence, ensuring the team delivers a bespoke, "VIP" service experience.
  • Resolve complex customer inquiries with poise and problem-solving expertise.
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard top-tier talent.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide consistent coaching to motivate and retain staff.
  • Maintain impeccable visual merchandising standards in line with seasonal campaigns and brand aesthetics.
  • Manage daily operations, including staff scheduling, budgeting, and strict adherence to compliance.
  • Oversee stock levels and replenishment cycles to ensure product availability.
  • Implement and monitor effective loss prevention strategies.


Qualifications


  • 3–5 years of retail management experience, specifically within the premium or luxury fashion industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals and manage operational budgets.
  • Deep understanding of current fashion trends, seasonal collections, and the competitive landscape of "bridge brands."
  • Multilingual ability is highly preferred to serve our diverse VIP clientele.
