Store Manager (Phalia)

Qualification : Preferably graduation

Experience : Minimum 3 to 5 years in a same role

Job Description :
To oversee all store operations, achieve daily and monthly sales targets, ensure excellent customer service, manage inventory, and lead a high-performing store team in line with company standards and SOPs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve daily, monthly, and category-wise sales targets
• Monitor Retail KPIs: Conversion, IPT, ASP, etc.
• Manage store operations including opening & closing, cleanliness, and visual merchandising
• Ensure staff punctuality, appearance, training, and performance
• Handle inventory management, stock analysis, replenishment, and internal/external audits
• Oversee customer repairs, claims, and departmental coordination
• Monitor expenses as per budget and ensure compliance with Flow HCM & OTU
• Lead hiring, training, and retention initiatives to minimize staff turnover

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per month
