Store Officer

Joyland is looking to hire for the position of “Store Officer”

Key Responsibilities:

• Help in daily inventory activities, including receiving, storing, and distributing goods while ensuring accuracy in inventory records.
• Monitor stock levels and forecast inventory needs to prevent overstocking or stockouts. Implement inventory replenishment strategies.
• Maintain accurate inventory databases and ensure timely updates in the inventory management system. Conduct regular audits and reconciliations
• Supervise and train inventory staff, fostering a collaborative environment. Schedule shifts and delegate tasks effectively.
• Identify inefficiencies in inventory processes and implement best practices to optimize operations and reduce costs.
• Ensure that all inventory is received and stored in compliance with quality and safety standards. Address any discrepancies or issues promptly.
• Prepare and present inventory reports to management, highlighting key metrics, trends, and areas

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
