Store Officer

Koranga, Pakistan

To manage, organize, and control all store operations, ensuring accurate inventory management, timely issuance of materials, proper storage, and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage day-to-day store operations.
  • Maintain accurate stock records and ensure proper documentation.
  • Oversee receiving, inspecting, and recording of all incoming materials.
  • Ensure timely issuance of materials to concerned departments.
  • Monitor stock levels and raise purchase requisitions for replenishment.
  • Prevent stock discrepancies through regular cycle counts and audits.
  • Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of materials.
  • Coordinate with procurement, production, and quality teams for smooth operations.
  • Maintain hygiene, safety, and security of the store.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of inventory management practices.
  • Familiarity with ERP / inventory management software.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to lead store staff and manage workload.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, or relevant field.
  • 1 year of experience in store/warehouse management
