Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations of the Customer Services Store.
  • Receive, record, and organize products sent for repair, replacement, or return.
  • Maintain accurate stock levels and update inventory records.
  • Ensure proper tagging, labeling, and storage of all incoming and outgoing items.
  • Coordinate with the Central Store for stock movement, replenishment, and product handovers.
  • Track repaired/returned items and ensure timely dispatch to relevant departments.
  • Prepare daily/weekly stock reports for management.
  • Ensure cleanliness, organization, and safety standards within the store.
  • Assist in audits and verification of inventory.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or Intermediate with relevant experience.
  • Prior experience in storekeeping, warehouse handling, or inventory management preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Inventory software.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work with accuracy, responsibility, and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs38,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
