  • Receive, inspect, and document incoming materials and supplies.
  • Store items in an orderly and accessible manner in warehouses, supply rooms, or other areas.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, including stock levels, item locations, and usage.
  • Issue materials, supplies, and equipment as per authorized requisitions.
  • Perform regular stock-taking and inventory audits.
  • Coordinate with procurement and other departments to ensure timely replenishment of stock.
  • Monitor stock levels and prepare reports on inventory status.
  • Maintain a clean and safe storage environment.
  • Follow proper procedures for disposal of obsolete or expired items.
