Storekeeper

A warehouse manager's core responsibilities include managing warehouse supplies, including receiving, storing, counting, and recording materials, as well as maintaining cleanliness and safety. They also maintain accurate inventory information, communicate and collaborate with relevant departments to ensure a smooth supply of materials, and adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure efficient and safe warehouse operations.

Core Responsibilities:

Receiving and Shipping Management: Responsible for receiving incoming materials and inspecting their quality and quantity. According to orders or production requirements, they select and review goods, register outbound vouchers, and ship them.

Inventory Management: Maintain real-time inventory status and promptly address overstocked, damaged, or deteriorating materials. Regularly conduct inventory counts to ensure actual inventory matches records.

Record-keeping and Accounting: Accurately and promptly record all incoming and outgoing goods to ensure consistency between accounts and actual inventory. Responsible for the safekeeping and archiving of relevant documents and vouchers.

Warehouse Organization and Maintenance: Maintain a clean, tidy, and sanitary warehouse environment, categorize and properly organize materials, and maintain storage facilities. Safety Management: Responsible for the daily safety management of the warehouse, ensuring the safety of inventory materials and the work environment.

Collaboration and Communication:

Departmental Collaboration: Maintain close communication with other departments, such as Purchasing, Production, and Marketing, to promptly understand material requirements and coordinate production and delivery plans.

Data and Systems: Utilize the warehouse management information system for data input, statistics, and management, ensuring accurate warehouse data.

System Implementation and Optimization:

Process Implementation: Strictly adhere to the company's various management systems and operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure standardized and standardized warehouse operations.

Improvement Suggestions: Based on actual work, optimize management processes and methods to improve warehouse operational efficiency.
