What You’ll Do:

—Inventory & Store Management

• Oversee day-to-day store operations and inventory control.
• Track stock receipts, issues, and returns with accuracy and discipline.
• Conduct regular audits to minimize variances and losses.
• Enforce SOPs for handling, documentation, and safety.

—Optimization & Future Planning

• Design efficient racking systems and layouts for better space utilization.
• Implement systematic item placement for easy access and faster workflows.
• Collaborate with procurement and production to align stock levels with needs.
• Recommend and plan warehouse improvements for future growth.

What You’ll Bring:

• Proven experience in stores, warehouse, or inventory management (manufacturing/industrial background preferred).
• Knowledge of warehouse layout optimization and racking design.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel or ERP/HRMS inventory modules.
• Ability to implement efficient workflows and ensure compliance.
