LeadFlowNex is an AI-driven sales automation platform that helps businesses close deals faster by combining LinkedIn automation, AI-powered cold email, human-like AI calling, CRM lead scoring, and analytics — all in one execution system.

We are building revenue execution infrastructure, not just another SaaS tool.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Strategic Co-Founder who will lead fundraising, strategic partnerships, and enterprise/government market entry.

This role is ideal for someone who understands capital strategy, partnerships, and enterprise relationships, and wants to build a long-term company — not just raise money.

Key ResponsibilitiesFundraising & Capital Strategy

  • Design and execute early-stage fundraising strategy
  • Raise capital through:
  • Co-founder investment
  • Strategic angels
  • Early enterprise contracts
  • Partnerships & advance commitments
  • Help structure equity, revenue-share, and partnership deals

Strategic Partnerships

  • Build and manage partnerships with:
  • Regional partners (KSA, EU, US)
  • Agencies & system integrators
  • Enterprise & government stakeholders
  • Negotiate revenue-sharing and co-selling agreements

Enterprise & Government Market Entry

  • Lead conversations with large enterprises and government entities
  • Understand compliance, reliability, and procurement expectations
  • Position LeadFlowNex as an enterprise-ready solution

Investor & Stakeholder Communication

  • Represent LeadFlowNex in investor and partner meetings
  • Help refine pitch, narrative, and long-term strategy
  • Work closely with CEO on key strategic decisions

Ideal Candidate ProfileMust Have

  • Strong network in enterprise, government, or strategic investors
  • Experience in:
  • Fundraising
  • Partnerships
  • Enterprise sales or strategy
  • Founder or operator mindset
  • Ability to think long-term and protect company value

Nice to Have

  • Middle East (KSA) or Europe market exposure
  • SaaS / AI / B2B background
  • Prior startup or scale-up experience

What This Role Is NOT

  • Not a salaried job
  • Not a passive advisor role
  • Not a junior sales position

This is a true co-founder role with ownership and responsibility.

Compensation

  • Equity: 5% – 10% (vesting over 3–4 years)
  • Cliff: 6–12 months
  • Cash: No fixed salary initially
  • Performance incentives based on funds raised & partnerships closed
