About the Role:

We’re looking for a sharp, self-driven Strategic Operations Partner to help scale a U.S.-focused wholesale real estate business — without increasing lead generation costs. You’ll work directly with the founder to identify bottlenecks, generate high-leverage hypotheses, design lean solutions, and turn insights into action.

This is not a research or admin role. This is a founder-level thinking role for someone who can spot opportunities others miss, talk to real operators, and build executable plans from zero.

To ensure fit, all candidates go through a 5-day paid trial project. If you deliver exceptional value, this can lead to a full-time COO/Head of Strategy role with equity potential.

What You’ll Work On (Examples):

  • Why are wholesale deals stalling despite having buyers and offers?
  • How can we monetize buyer offers even when deals don’t close?
  • Can we turn a losing rental property in Detroit into a profitable asset — without new capital?
  • Is it possible to acquire a U.S. business with zero upfront investment? (Yes, and we want your model.)

You don’t need access to our internal data. All work is based on public info, outreach, and strategic thinking.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and rank core business problems by impact vs. effort
  • Generate testable hypotheses to increase deal velocity and profitability
  • Conduct 2+ outreach conversations per day with U.S. real estate investors, wholesalers, or operators
  • Design low-cost, high-impact solutions that can be launched in <72 hours
  • Explain complex strategies in simple, compelling language (written & verbal)
  • Propose new product or monetization ideas aligned with current operations

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Proven ability to think like an owner — not just execute, but improve the system
✅ Comfort with cold outreach (LinkedIn, FB groups, forums, email)
✅ Strong written communication — you make complex things feel obvious
✅ Resourceful, scrappy, and thrives with ambiguity
✅ Experience in real estate (wholesale, rentals, or investing) is a plus but not required
✅ Fluent English (written and spoken)

Trial Process (5 Days, Paid):

  • You’ll work on one core problem: “How to close more wholesale deals in the U.S. without spending more on leads?”
  • Each day: 2+ real conversations + 1-page strategic update (simple language)
  • We provide clear daily goals — but top candidates go beyond them
  • Day 1 is a filter: if you don’t complete core tasks, the trial ends
  • Top performers may be offered a long-term role with equity, salary, or profit share

Terms

  • Remote work

  • $50 per week after test period
