Government and Road Construction Context

Governments and road construction companies worldwide face rising costs, aging infrastructure, declining bitumen performance, and stricter demands to deliver longer lasting roads - faster, cheaper, and greener - with outdated materials.

At VELETON, we bring polymer technologies with full on site technological support that extend pavement life 3 4 and cut lifecycle costs dramatically.

We are now entering 90 new markets and seeking one Strategic Partner per country - a highly respected national leader in the road construction sector, capable of influencing key infrastructure decisions and guiding national level adoption of more effective technologies.

Partner Profile Requirements

• ️ Individual (not an organization) - a respected national leader with 15+ years of executive experience in governmental road construction management (ministries, state agencies, or national road authorities).
• ️ Deep understanding of the national road system - laws, technical standards, budgeting, and institutional structure.
• ️ Proven influence within the national road construction sector to drive modernization and the adoption of advanced, more efficient technologies.
• ️ At least 30% availability for strategic project work (no full time officials).
• ️ Fluent in English, Ukrainian, or Russian (C1+).
• ️ Motivated by impact and legacy - focused on long term transformation of national infrastructure.

Exclusions

• ️ We do not consider applications from candidates who:
• Have no prior experience in government or public infrastructure roles related to the road construction sector (private sector managers without a strong government background).
• Have less than 15+ years of experience in the road construction industry.
• Have not held authoritative positions in governmental organizations related to road or infrastructure management.
• Do not hold sufficient influence to drive modernization or support national level adoption of innovative road construction technologies.
• Do not possess expertise in road construction technologies and processes.

Compensation

This is not an employment position - it's a partnership. There is no fixed salary or retainer. Instead, compensation is directly linked to results and performance in your country, in the form of a percentage of the company's revenue generated through your market activity.
