Key Responsibilities

• Identify and establish strategic partnerships with corporates, startups, IT associations, and ecosystem enablers.
• Develop and manage MOUs and collaboration agreements with organizations that align with IR Solutions’ vision.
• Explore and onboard technology partnerships (AWS, Microsoft, Google, etc.) to enhance service credibility and branding.
• Work closely with leadership to design and execute go-to-market strategies through partnerships.
• Build and maintain relationships with industry leaders, chambers of commerce, and professional associations.
• Represent the company at events, conferences, and exhibitions to strengthen visibility.
• Support branding and marketing efforts by creating case studies, joint campaigns, and co-branded initiatives with partners.
• Identify and develop business opportunities through strategic collaborations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or corporate alliances (preferably in IT/software industry).
• Strong network in Islamabad/Rawalpindi corporate ecosystem.
• Proven experience in signing MOUs/partnerships with organizations.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with AWS, Microsoft, or cloud partnership programs will be a strong plus.
• Self-starter with ability to work independently and achieve targets.
