We are looking for a Strategic Solutions Partner to join our team and take a leading role in driving large-scale, transformative projects across GCC region.

This is not a traditional sales role. We are seeking a senior sales leader with a consultative mindset to drive growth in GCC. You should be someone who listens deeply, understands the broader customer context, and guides them toward optimal strategies for building and operating high-performance data centers at scale. Whether it’s optimizing existing infrastructure, validating ambitious plans, or co-designing greenfield deployments (such as those fueled by AI gigafactory initiatives), you will be at the heart of shaping tomorrow’s data infrastructure.

What you’ll do

Lead Strategic Customer Engagements

• Act as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers and public/private organizations to understand their strategic needs, challenges, and ambitions.

• Translate complex requirements into tailored solution roadmaps that may include design validation, full-stack integration, or infrastructure optimization.

Drive commercial growth

• Lead strategic sales initiatives in the GCC region with a focus on large-scale projects.

• Identify, cultivate, and close opportunities that align with Submer’s value proposition around sustainable, scalable infrastructure.

• Monitor industry trends, funding programs (e.g., government -backed AI and digital transformation

Foster cross-collaboration

• Partner closely with the Solution Architect (Pre-Sales) and cross-functional teams (Design & Build, R&D, Marketing, AI Cloud, Customer Support) to co-develop proposals that deliver business value, not just technology.

• Align regional initiatives with Submer’s global strategy, ensuring consistent execution and messaging.

• Provide structured feedback to product and R&D teams based on customer and market needs.

Build long-term partnerships and market presence

• Establish and nurture enduring relationships with customers, strategic partners, and ecosystem players.

• Support customers beyond the sale to ensure long-term success and expand collaboration opportunities.

Represent Submer at key industry events, forums, and government initiatives to strengthen brand presence in the Kingdom.

What you’ll need

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, IT, or related field (MBA or postgrad preferred).

• Proven track record in consultative, strategic sales within the data center, cloud, or IT infrastructure industries in the GCC region with previous experience working in Saudi Arabia.

• Deep understanding of data center ecosystems, including design, integration, sustainability, and performance optimization.

• Experience working on large-scale, high-impact projects (e.g., regional deployments, hyperscale data centers, government-funded initiatives) in the GCC region.

• Strong business acumen and ability to influence C-level decision makers.

• Analytical and system-thinking mindset with an ability to uncover opportunities through dialogue and data.

• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.

• Fluent in English and Arabic
