Title: Strategy and Business Development Manager

General Objective
Lead and implement strategies that serve the company’s long-term business objectives through innovation, market analysis, and strategic partnerships, including sustainable growth and enhancing competitiveness across markets, clients, and objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic plans consistent with the company’s vision and overall goals.
  • Analyze internal and external environments to identify key opportunities and threats in the market.
  • Develop business models and strategic plans to enhance performance and efficiency.
  • Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and oversee the implementation of related operational plans.
  • Lead major projects and strategic initiatives, ensuring integration between departments and alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Establish and manage partnerships with clients, suppliers, and investors to expand business.
  • Lead the business development team and identify new business growth opportunities.
  • Evaluate market opportunities and propose plans and recommendations to the executive management.
  • Prepare strategic studies and reports to support executive decision-making.
  • Assess and develop risk management plans to ensure the company’s sustainability and business continuity.
  • Supervise marketing research and feasibility studies to support strategic decision-making.
  • Prepare presentations and reports for the Board of Directors and Executive Management.
  • Represent the company in forums and external partnerships related to business development.
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by the Chief Executive Officer.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.

Training and Professional Certifications

  • PMP Certification or equivalent preferred.

Experience

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in strategic planning or business development.
  • Experience in budgeting, planning, and goal setting is preferred.

Skills

  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Deep knowledge in business data analysis and preparing related reports.
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills across internal and external stakeholders.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs899,000.00 per month
