The Strategy Planning & Operations Specialist plays a critical role in driving
organizational efficiency, supporting strategic initiatives, and ensuring operational
excellence across departments. This role combines analytical thinking, strategic
planning, and hands-on operational execution to strengthen business performance,
enhance employee engagement, and ensure alignment with company objectives.
The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple
workstreams in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

● Support in developing and executing departmental and organizational strategies.
● Assist in monitoring progress toward strategic goals, identifying performance gaps, and recommending
corrective actions.
● Contribute to the preparation of strategic presentations, meeting highlights, performance reports,
● and business reviews.
Evaluate existing workflows and processes to identify areas for improvement and standardization.
● Coordinate the implementation of optimized operational practices to enhance productivity and
● resource utilization.
Support alignment of departmental processes with overall business goals and compliance
● standards.
● Assist in planning, organizing, and executing strategic and cross-functional projects.
● Track milestones, budgets, and outcomes to ensure timely and quality delivery.
● Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for effective coordination and reporting.
● Collect and analyze data to measure operational performance, efficiency, and impact.
● Develop dashboards and reports to support strategic decision-making.
● Track KPIs and highlight insights to inform continuous improvement initiatives.
● Support the implementation and monitoring of governance frameworks, policies, and compliance
● measures.
● Assist in internal audits, risk assessments, and adherence to performance standards.
● Contribute to maintaining documentation and ensuring consistency across operational records.
Provide strategic and operational support to the Strategy & Operations function.
● Assist in team communications, onboarding, training and process documentation.
● Promote collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the team


Requirements

● Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Project
Management, or a related field.
● 2–3 years of experience in strategic planning, operations, or project management.
● Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
● Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management tools.
● Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced
environment.Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum) is preferred.
● Additional certifications in Business Analysis, Operations Management, or Process Improvement (e.g.,
Lean Six Sigma) will be an advantage.
