DRAWLINES ENGINEERING CONSULTANT is looking for Structural BIM Modeler in Dubai

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Software Proficiency: Expertise in Revit Structure, AutoCAD
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of structural systems, analysis, and detailing.
• BIM Standards: Familiarity with BIM Execution Plans and industry standards.
• Soft Skills: Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, accuracy, and strong communication.
• Education/Experience: Often an Associate's degree in drafting/engineering with relevant experience (e.g., 3-5 years).

Key Responsibilities:

• Modeling: Develop accurate structural BIM models for various elements (steel, concrete, timber).
• Coordination: Integrate structural models with architectural and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) models to prevent clashes and conflicts.
• Documentation: Generate detailed shop drawings, fabrication details (like rebar), and construction documents from the BIM model.
• Collaboration: Work closely with structural engineers, architects, and other project teams.
• Clash Detection: Conduct clash detection and resolve interface issues within the model.
• Updates: Revise models based on design changes, RFIs (Requests for Information), and site instructions.
• Compliance: Ensure models meet project specifications, LOD (Level of Development) requirements, and BIM standards.
