Job Title: Structural Design Engineer

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Structural Design Engineer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for structural analysis and design of building projects, ensuring compliance with UAE regulations, industry standards, and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform structural analysis and design for reinforced concrete and steel structures.
• Prepare structural calculations, reports, and technical documentation.
• Develop and review structural drawings in coordination with drafting teams.
• Review architectural drawings and ensure structural feasibility.
• Ensure designs comply with UAE building codes and international standards.
• Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, and project managers.
• Participate in design reviews, meetings, and site visits when required.
• Provide technical support during construction stages.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of total experience, including at least 3 years of experience in the UAE.
• Proficiency in structural design software such as ETABS, SAFE, STAAD.Pro, or SAP2000.
• Strong understanding of structural design principles and relevant codes.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Good communication skills in English (spoken and written).

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in residential, commercial, or high-rise building projects.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and BIM coordination.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
