Structural Engineer

We are a Project Management Consultancy (PMC) working extensively on BIM-based high-rise projects in the UAE. We are seeking an experienced Structural Engineer with strong UAE project experience to support design review and BIM coordination activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and validate structural designs, calculations, and drawings for high-rise buildings
• Prepare structural review reports and technical comments
• Review and coordinate BIM structural models (Revit, Navisworks, etc.)
• Coordinate with BIM teams, consultants, and stakeholders to resolve design issues
• Ensure compliance with UAE local authorities, international codes, and project specifications
• Support PMC functions during design development and construction stages

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Structural / Civil Engineering
• Minimum 10 years of UAE experience in high-rise building projects
• Proven experience in structural design review and technical reporting
• Experience reviewing BIM models (Revit, Navisworks or similar)
• Good knowledge of UAE codes, local authority requirements, and international standards
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams

Preferred

• Experience working with PMC or engineering consultancy firms in the UAE
• Exposure to large-scale or complex developments
• Strong documentation and reporting skills
