Structured Cabling & CCTV Quotation Lead

Job Description:

We are looking for a Structured Cabling & CCTV Quotation Lead who can prepare accurate quotations, BOQs, and proposals for cabling and CCTV projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical understanding of cabling standards, CCTV systems, and installation requirements. This role involves reviewing drawings, understanding client needs, and preparing professional cost estimates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review project drawings, scope, and client requirements for cabling and CCTV systems.
• Prepare detailed BOQs (Bill of Quantities), cost estimates, and technical proposals.
• Select suitable cables, equipment, and materials as per project needs.
• Work with vendors and suppliers to collect pricing and product details.
• Coordinate with project and sales teams to ensure proposals meet customer expectations.
• Conduct or assist in site surveys to verify requirements.
• Track and manage quotation records for future reference.
• Ensure accuracy, competitiveness, and timely submission of all quotations.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, or IT-related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in estimation or quotation preparation for structured cabling or CCTV projects.
• Strong understanding of Cat6/Cat6A cabling, fiber optics, and CCTV systems (IP, NVR, DVR).
• Knowledge of brands like Hikvision, Dahua, Ubiquiti, Cisco, or TP-Link is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Excel and documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
