Role Overview

We are looking for a Student Counselor who not only guides students on education and visa options but also actively contributes to expanding our business in the student consultancy and immigration services sector. This role is ideal for a dynamic individual who can counsel students, generate and convert leads, build strong relationships, and promote Attornea’s diverse offerings to both local and international prospects.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students on study abroad opportunities in countries such as UK, USA, Australia, Canada, Europe, and Turkey.
• Provide detailed guidance on admission requirements, visa processes, scholarships, and pre-departure preparation.
• Generate leads through outreach, networking, events, and digital platforms.
• Follow up on leads, maintain regular contact, and convert prospects into confirmed clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and partner institutions.
• Represent Attornea at educational fairs, seminars, and online webinars to promote student consultancy services.
• Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to align strategies for lead generation and conversions.
• Maintain CRM records of leads, follow-ups, conversions, and client history.
• Meet monthly KPIs in lead generation, student enrollment, and revenue targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in student counseling, educational consultancy, or sales/business development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Urdu.
• Knowledge of study abroad processes, visa documentation, and scholarship opportunities.
• Strong follow-up and closing skills with a results-oriented mindset.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with CRM tools, online meeting platforms, and productivity apps.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
