Student Counselor

We are looking for a proactive Student Counselor with strong counseling and sales abilities. The ideal candidate will guide students on courses and career options while turning inquiries into confirmed admissions.

Timings: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Phase 2, Johar Town, Lahore

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students about courses, career paths, and the admission process
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, respond to inquiries, and follow up on leads
• Convert prospective students into enrollments and meet monthly admission and sales targets
• Keep student records updated in CRM and maintain accurate information
• Provide clear details about programs, fees, and policies
• Work closely with academic and operations teams to ensure smooth admissions

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline
• Fluent in English
• 1–3 years of experience in student counseling or education sales
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and follow-up skills
• Result-driven with a target-oriented mindset
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
