Student Recruitment Manager

Hello everyone, We’re excited to announce that Modern Education Consultants is hiring a Student Recruitment Manager for our office on Canal Road, Lahore. Who we are: MODERN EDUCATION CONSULTANTS is an international student recruitment organization that guides students through every step of their study‑abroad journey from admissions counseling and course selection to visa filing and interview prep. Our mission is to provide professional, ethical, and effective guidance to help students secure placements in the UK, Sweden, Germany, the UAE, the USA, and Australia. What you’ll do: - Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet enrollment targets - Build and maintain relationships with prospective students and educational institutions - Conduct seminars and presentations to promote our academic programs - Manage the full application process and coordinate with internal teams for seamless onboarding - Analyze data and prepare performance reports to inform strategy What we’re looking for: - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills - Proven experience in student recruitment, marketing, or education (especially in the countries listed) - Strong organizational and time‑management abilities - Comfort with CRM systems and recruitment software (a plus) - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Education, or a related field - Ability to work independently and lead initiatives with initiative and problem‑solving mindset This is a full‑time, on‑site role in Lahore.
