Study Visa Counsellor

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Study Visa Counsellor to join our team at our Moga branch. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of international education systems and visa processes for countries such as Canada, Australia, UK, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide detailed information to students and parents about study visa procedures, eligibility criteria, and admission processes.
• Assist students in choosing the right course and country based on their academic background and career goals.
• Handle walk-in inquiries, phone calls, and follow-ups with leads.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of immigration and visa rules and regulations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with students and partner institutions.
• Maintain proper records of student applications and follow-up status.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in overseas education consulting or visa counselling.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of study visa rules and application processes for countries like Canada, UK, USA, Germany, NZ and Australia.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, CRM tools).

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
