The Subcontract Administrator works under the direction of the Senior Subcontract Engineer and supports the assigned subcontracting packages, assisting the Subcontract Engineer as needed. • ds.Maintain accurate and well-organized records to support resolution of contractual disput
• es.Expedite timely submission of payment statements, supporting documents, and deliverables from subcontracto
• rs.Monitor site progress and ensure timely submission and negotiation of claims for loss and expense in line with contract conditio
• ns.Assist in evaluating and validating extra work requests, new rates, and quantum claims from subcontracto
• rs.Support in collecting and analyzing subcontractor performance da
• ta.Contribute to the close-out process, including monitoring completion of Punch List ite

  Bachelor’s degree in quantity surveying, Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation), or related f
• ield.Diploma holders with strong relevant experience may also be consid
• ered.Minimum of 10 years of overall professional experience, with at least 5 years in a relevant role such as Subcontract Administrator, Quantity Surveyor, or Estim
• ator.Proven track record with major EPC contractors in the oil & gas sector, preferably with regional experience in GCC count
• ries.Working knowledge of CESMM3/4, NRM2, or similar international measurement systems is desir
• able.Demonstrated experience in negotiating quantities and unit rates with both clients and subcontrac
• tors.Strong ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple assignments independently, and perform effectively under pres
• sure.Strong MS Excel skills, including use of advanced formulas and pivot ta
• bles.Familiarity with ERP systems and the full MS Office S
• uite.Basic knowledge of Primavera P6, MS Project, or other project planning
• toolsFluent in English (oral and writ
• ten).Arabic language knowledge is nice to
