Our services include web registration and hosting, Database Management, IT support, Application Hosting, Cloud Computing and Subject Matter Expert (SMEs) to customers across multiple industries.
Responsibilities:
- In project of Unilever Infra Subject Matter Expert (SME), play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing infrastructure to ensure the highest level of performance, stability, and scalability. This position combines in-depth technical expertise with strategic leadership to drive infrastructure excellence within Unilever.
- Service Enhancement Strategy & Optimization Plan is a forward-looking, holistic approach to achieving service excellence, combining strategic vision with practical execution to ensure we deliver the highest possible value to our stakeholders and customers.
- Customer Satisfaction Improvement strategies often encompass aspects such as product or service quality enhancement, streamlining customer support and service delivery, optimizing user interfaces and experiences.
- Regular Infra Assessments with respect to CR’s or changes coming through the application team or management
- Overseeing and managing the infrastructure and technology components within Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure cloud environments and be involved in discussions with Enterprise Architect promoting continuous innovations and keeping up to date with technology trends and best practices.
- Leading from the front to handle and resolve unexpected incidents or disruptions in a structured and timely manner to minimize their impact on business operations
- Quality Improvement Initiative is designed to enhance the overall quality of our services, and processes. This initiative focuses on identifying areas for improvement, implementing changes, and measuring the impact to ensure that we consistently meet or exceed the highest quality standards.
- Service Improvement Plan is a structured and ongoing approach to refining our services. This plan involves a continuous cycle of assessing, analyzing, and implementing improvements to our service processes. It aims to drive efficiency, effectiveness, and customer satisfaction through a commitment to perpetual enhancement.
- Operational Excellence Roadmap outlines a strategic path towards achieving the highest level of operational efficiency and effectiveness. It encompasses a set of initiatives, milestones, and performance metrics designed to optimize our operations, reduce costs, and deliver exceptional value.

Job Qualification:
- Associate's degree in a computer-centered discipline.
- Proven work experience in Designing, configuring and implementing complex networks. And configuring, installing and upgrading host based applications packages and host and/or operating, systems software and System software/application development.
- CCNP / R&S Certified – (Cisco Certified Network Professional & Route and Switch Certified) and CCNA – (Cisco Certified Network Associate);
- Experience designing hybrid data centers and migrating to Microsoft Azure.
- Experience in Software as a Service (SaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS) and Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) Solutions.
- Experience with Team Foundation Server and Azure Team Services.
- More than 5 years of experience troubleshooting in Network Security,
- More than 5 years of experience providing network design, deployment, support, installation and analysis for Local Area network (LAN) and Wide Area network (WAN) using Cisco and Juniper.
- Experience deploying routing protocols and troubleshooting route redistribution.
- Experience with Checkpoint firewall administration across global networks.
- Experience with Azure Express route integration and network design.
