Summer Camp Pre-K Aide

Job Overview
Seeking an energetic and helpful Pre-K Afternoon Camp aide for our 2026 Summer Camp! You would be assisting the lead teacher in a 3 & 4 year old classroom.

Duties

• Assisting lead teacher in monitoring students for safety, helping with crafts & activities etc.
• Being a good example for younger students with an energetic and positive attitude.
• Follow state regulations directed by Camp Director
• Be on time and willing to work hard while you are on shift!

Requirements

• Experience working with young children is essential.
• Understanding of childhood development principles and practices.
• Skills in tutoring, babysitting, and behavior management are highly valued.
• Certification in First Aid is preferred.
• Ability to educate effectively while managing a classroom environment.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with children, and colleagues.
• Must be 21+ to work with Pre-K
• Must have a valid drivers license and a reliable vehicle to get to/from work

$20.00 per hour. Morning Shift is 8:30-12:30 and Afternoon shift 1:30-4:30 during the Summer. Ability to pick up additional hours if wanted.
