Job Title: Factory Supervisor (ALUMINUM & GLASS INDUSTRY)

Position Overview: The Factory Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily operations within our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in aluminum and glass production processes, possess excellent leadership skills, and demonstrate a commitment to ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Production Management: Plan, organize, and supervise daily manufacturing activities to meet production goals and deadlines.
Monitor production schedules and adjust workflows to optimize efficiency.
Implement and maintain production standards to ensure consistent quality.

Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of production workers, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and updates.
Provide coaching and training to improve employee performance and skills.

Quality Control: Implement and enforce quality control measures throughout the production process.
Conduct regular inspections of finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
Address and resolve quality issues promptly and efficiently.

Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Conduct regular safety meetings and training sessions.
Investigate and address any safety concerns or incidents.

Inventory Management: Monitor raw material and finished goods inventory levels.
Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely availability of materials.
Implement inventory control measures to minimize waste and optimize stock levels.

Equipment Maintenance: Oversee regular maintenance of manufacturing equipment.
Coordinate with the maintenance team to address equipment breakdowns promptly.
Implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a supervisor or manager preferably in aluminum and glass production.
• In-depth knowledge of production processes related to aluminum and glass products.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and commitment to creating a safe working environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Education and Experience:

• Minimum of [2] years of experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in factory works.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
