SUPERVISOR ( FABRICATION)

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily fabrication activities (cutting, welding, assembly).
• Read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
• Allocate tasks to fabricators, welders, and helpers.
• Ensure work is completed within deadlines and project requirements.
• Monitor quality of work and ensure compliance with standards.
• Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and site teams.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and materials properly.

Skills Required

• Strong knowledge of fabrication processes (welding, cutting, fitting).
• Ability to read technical drawings.
• Leadership and team management skills.
• Problem-solving and decision-making ability.
• Knowledge of safety standards (HSE).
• Good communication skills.

Qualification & Experience:

• Diploma/ITI in Mechanical OR related Field ( Fabrication )
• 2-3 years of experience in fabrication works
• Male Candidate Perffered
• Language - ENGLISH

Pay: From AED4,000.00 per month
