Supervisor – Joinery Works (Interior Fit-Out)

We are a leading Interior Fit-Out company delivering high-quality projects with precision and creativity. To strengthen our team, we are seeking a skilled Supervisor – Joinery Works with at least 2 years of UAE experience to oversee joinery activities and ensure smooth execution of site works.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate joinery works on site.
• Ensure timely execution of joinery and carpentry tasks according to project specifications.
• Monitor workmanship and quality of finishing to meet high standards.
• Plan, allocate, and manage manpower, tools, and materials.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and site regulations.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors for smooth operations.
• Prepare progress reports and update management regularly.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of UAE experience as a Supervisor – Joinery Works in interior fit-out projects.
• Strong knowledge of joinery, carpentry techniques, and material specifications.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
