Job Description
We are looking for a "Supplier Management Specialist / Senior Specialist" who will play an active role in our supply chain processes, manage supplier pre-assessment, performance management, and process improvement activities.
Key Responsibilities

Carry out supplier pre-assessment and registration processes, ensuring the accuracy and up-to-dateness of application documents.

Conduct compliance checks with legal requirements, company procedures, and quality standards; provide feedback and follow up on incomplete or non-compliant applications.

Perform periodic performance evaluations of existing suppliers, prepare reports, and follow up on improvement plans.

Ensure that performance criteria are up to date and contribute to life cycle analysis processes.

Coordinate supplier selection and evaluation processes in collaboration with relevant departments.

Establish effective, solution-oriented communication with suppliers and manage supplier relationships.

Develop continuous improvement proposals for supplier management processes.

Stay up to date on ethical procurement, sustainability, API Q1 / Q2 standards, and legal regulations.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields,

Minimum
3 years
experience in procurement, supplier management, or supply chain,

Experienced in supplier pre-assessment, registration, and performance management processes,

Knowledgeable in compliance management with procedures and relevant legislation,

Proficient in MS Office applications and experienced in ERP systems (preferably SAP MM, SAP MDG, SAP Ariba),

Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and reporting skills,

Excellent communication and negotiation skills; detail-oriented, team player, and result-driven,

Good command of English.
