Salary: QAR 13,500 per month

Job Description:
Kars Bakkaliyesi Trading is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Supply Chain Administrator to support and coordinate supply chain operations at our Doha location. The ideal candidate will assist in managing inventory, logistics, and supplier coordination to ensure smooth and efficient business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing inventory levels, stock control, and order processing
  • Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and logistics providers
  • Track shipments and ensure timely delivery of goods
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, orders, and supply chain activities
  • Support procurement processes and monitor supply chain performance
  • Prepare reports and documentation related to supply chain operations
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience in a supply chain, logistics, or administrative role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management systems
  • Good communication and coordination abilities
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
