Job Description

Maersk is hiring a Supply Chain Analyst to analyse logistics performance, optimise supply chain processes, and support strategic decision-making. You will work with operational teams to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and enhance customer delivery outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse logistics data and performance metrics
• Identify supply chain optimisation opportunities
• Prepare reports and dashboards for management
• Collaborate with operations and warehouse teams
• Monitor shipping performance and customer service levels
• Support continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Economics, or Business
• Experience with logistics analytics or supply chain operations
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills
• Knowledge of logistics software or ERP systems preferred
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Work Hours

• Monday – Friday: typically 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Compensation & Hourly Pay (UAE)

Estimated Monthly Salary: AED 15,000 – AED 22,000
Estimated Hourly Pay: AED 90 – AED 130/hour

Actual salary depends on experience and analytical expertise.
