Supply Chain and Procurement Manager

We are looking for a Supply Chain and Procurement Manager for one of our clients — a leading company in the Food & Beverage Services industry, known for its strong market presence, high-quality products, and sustainability-driven approach.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of relevant departments of universities
• At least 10 years of experience in procurement in the food, restaurant, or FMCG sector
• Proficient in English
• Advanced user of Microsoft Office programs
• Familiar with ERP and MRP processes
• Preferably experienced with the Kerzz application
• Strong analytical thinking, negotiation, and strategic planning skills

Responsibilities:

• Manage supplier relationships with a strategic approach in food and non-food procurement processes; research alternative suppliers; organize annual supplier agreements; create contracts and ensure their compliance
• Create, monitor, and report on budgets for Procurement and Supply Chain Management
• Establish and diversify the product range in line with the company’s needs, quality standards, and procedures
• Proactively manage internal customer requests and provide quick and effective solutions to operational needs
• Collaborate with relevant teams to manage the testing processes of sample products
• Develop strategic projects that will enhance cost efficiency and report category performance in line with targets
• Conduct market analysis in food categories, keep track of sectoral developments, and identify opportunities that will provide a competitive advantage
• Define performance criteria for responsible categories, conduct regular analysis and reporting to ensure continuous improvement of processes
• Manage end-to-end supply chain and central warehouse processes; ensure operational excellence by monitoring shipment, availability, quality, and sustainability KPIs
