Job description

Build and develop relationships with Key Accounts at a Portal & Brand level. Develop Joint Business Plans by aligning customer objectives, needs and KPIs with Partnered Brands and Company objectives to drive Profitable and Sustained growth for both. Develop strategy for shoppers on Key Accounts basis customer/channel insights. Give input to the sales, marketing, and supply chain team on marketing opportunities on customer platforms: develop and execute marketing campaigns leveraging retailer capabilities

  • Key Account Management and Growth Strategies
  • Drive sales growth through strategic management of key accounts:
  • Lead trade negotiations and implement best practices to foster profitable growth
  • Utilize channels to develop and launch New Product Developments (NPDs) and collaborate with key accounts to drive sales for the brand
  • Cultivate win-win relationships with customer and align customer investments with Joint Business Plan (JBP) objectives.
  • Develop shopper insights in collaboration with key accounts to support brand objectives.
  • Marketplace Optimization
  • Collaborate with the seller, Brand & internal organizations’ ecosystem to devise logistics solutions for cost reduction, inventory management, and enhanced customer fill rates.
  • Guide the team in maximizing customer capabilities for effective Content execution on the marketplace.
  • Staying Ahead of the Curve
  • Stay abreast of the industry's evolving models, processes, and best practices to inform marketing plans based on shopper insights
  • Foster relationships with competition and channel partners to enhance marketing strategies.

Skills

  • Previous experience required: 1.5- 2 years in KAM, Category management, Business development roles
  • Preferred - MBA, Masters
  • Excel
  • Communication
  • Negotiation
