- Accurately enter all fabric data into the system, ensuring the timely and correct recording of inward and outward fabric movement.
- Record and maintain all details related to purchases, sales, and re-processing in the system & physical files.
- Manage inventory levels by recording incoming and outgoing fabric, ensuring stock levels are accurate and up-to-date.
- Monitor stock availability and inform relevant departments of any discrepancies or low stock levels.
- Assist in the physical stock counting process to verify inventory levels and accuracy & update warehouse stock in MS Excel on daily basis cross check with system inventory.
- Record and track all purchase orders and fabric-related purchases, including vendor details and pricing.
- Interdepartmental Coordinatation
- Create and maintain GRN for all materials received.
- Verify the accuracy of the received goods against the purchase orders and document any discrepancies.
- Ensure timely sharing of GRN with relevant departments.
- Work with the Store Manager to develop efficient workflows for material storage, dispatch, and receiving.
- Keep management informed of all critical inventory updates and ensure timely reporting of any issues.
- Share data related to fabric sales, purchases, and processing with relevant stakeholders, ensuring proper communication and documentation.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree
- Experience: 2 years.
- Strong knowledge .
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools (ERP experience preferred).
- Excellent communication, coordination, and time management skills.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and ability to work under pressure with a proactive attitude.
