We're Haleon, a world leading consumer health company. Our portfolio includes Sensodyne, Panadol, Advil, Voltaren, Theraflu, Otrivin, and Centrum. We're looking for UAE nationals to join our Management Trainee Programme and help shape our supply chain strategy.

About The Role

As part of Haleon's Management Trainee Programme, this role offers hands on experience across various supply chain functions, helping to ensure the right products reach the right place at the right time. The trainee works on real business challenges, collaborates with different teams, and receives structured learning and development opportunities. The position is based in the Quality Supply Chain team and reports to the Demand Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete all assigned job rotations during the programme.
• Contribute to cross functional projects and initiatives aimed at improving supply chain efficiency.
• Support supply chain operations including end to end planning, inventory management, customer service and value creation.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as Sales, Finance and external distributors.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Economics, Commerce, Accounting or related field.
• UAE national with family book.
• Basic understanding of supply chain or logistics operations.
• Strong analytical and prioritisation skills.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Ability to work effectively in cross functional and multicultural teams.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
