Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced Supply Chain Management Trainer to deliver practical, industry-focused training programs for professionals across GCC. The trainer will be responsible for equipping participants with real-world skills in logistics, procurement, inventory, and end-to-end supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging Supply Chain training sessions (online & in-person)
- Design and deliver structured modules covering end-to-end supply chain functions
- Train participants on key areas: Procurement, Logistics, Inventory, Warehousing, and Distribution
- Provide real-world case studies and practical applications
- Conduct assessments, case discussions, and simulations
- Guide learners on industry best practices and current trends
- Customize training programs based on corporate client requirements
- Support participants in certification preparation (if applicable – CSCP, CPSM, etc.)

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field
- Minimum 5+ years of industry experience in supply chain operations
- Proven training or teaching experience (preferred)
- Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to simplify complex concepts into practical learning
Preferred Qualifications:
- Professional certifications such as:
- CSCP (Certified Supply Chain Professional)
- CPSM (Certified Professional in Supply Management)
- CIPS (Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply)
- Experience in GCC industries (Oil & Gas, FMCG, Retail, Manufacturing)
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
