Supply Chain Manager

Location: Dubai, UAE

Reports to: Managing Director, Management

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Supply Chain Manager to lead our supply chain, operations, and logistics functions. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with a proven track record in managing end-to-end supply chain operations, negotiating high-value contracts, developing vendors, and driving cost optimization strategies. Industry experience within Oil & Gas, Energy, Marine, or Manufacturing sectors is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Leadership:

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business goals.
• Mentor and build a high-performing supply chain team.

Vendor & Supplier Development:

• Foster long-term partnerships with suppliers to secure competitive advantages.
• Implement supplier development and vendor-managed inventory strategies.

Cost Optimization & Risk Management:

• Identify cost-saving opportunities through competitive sourcing and strategic negotiations.
• Manage budgets, control cashflow, and eliminate inefficiencies in the supply chain.
• Mitigate risks within contracts, procurement processes, and logistics operations.

Logistics, Inventory & Warehousing:

• Direct logistics, inventory control, and warehousing strategies to optimize efficiency.
• Ensure timely order delivery while maintaining lean inventory levels.
• Implement ERP-driven procurement and warehouse management processes.

Stakeholder & Client Engagement:

• Act as a focal point for internal stakeholders on procurement and supply chain matters.
• Engage with clients to competitively source requirements and secure business growth.

Key Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
• Professional certifications such as MCIPS, CPP, CPPM are an advantage.
• Minimum 5-10 years of experience in supply chain, operations, and logistics.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
