We are looking for a “
Supply Chain Manager
” for an international cosmetics company that we consult.
Responsibilities

Manage and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations including purchasing, logistics, import/export, warehousing, distribution, and demand planning

Oversee multiple logistics and distribution centers, ensuring efficiency and seamless operations

Align supply planning and inventory targets in close collaboration with manufacturing teams

Drive lean and agile initiatives, delivering cost savings, higher flexibility, and improved service levels

Lead supplier selection, evaluation, and contract negotiations to secure long-term, competitive partnerships

Ensure compliance with SAP/ERP systems and maintain accurate master data and inventory records
-
Monitor KPIs, report to senior management, and proactively address risks and performance gaps

Lead and develop cross-functional teams, fostering strong collaboration across key departments

Develop and implement material planning strategies aligned with the mining operation’s production, maintenance, logistics, and procurement plans
-
Ensure accuracy of inventory records and manage the end-to-end material supply process, from procurement to delivery

Review and validate purchase requisition quantities; coordinate with Procurement and Logistics teams for timely order placement and shipment planning

Analyze on-hand stock, pending orders, goods in transit, and consumption rates to create accurate material requirement plans.

Prepare short- and long-term material demand forecasts, considering operational needs, lead times, and seasonal factors

Prepare and present weekly and monthly planning, procurement, and inventory performance reports to senior management

Lead and mentor the material planning and logistics team, promoting best practices and continuous improvement
Qualifications

10+ years senior management experience in supply chain, preferably in FMCG/cosmetics with multi-plant/DC operations
-
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Business; Master’s (MSc/MA/MBA) preferred. International background is a plus

Proven expertise in SAP ERP (MM/Planning) and/or WMS, with strong process and data management skills

Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)
