About the Role:
Ledvance–Osram is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimize all aspects of our supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills to ensure efficient flow of goods, accurate inventory management, and timely deliveries across our distribution network.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor the entire supply chain process from procurement to delivery.
• Manage vendor relationships, purchase orders, and logistics coordination.
• Ensure accurate inventory control and stock level management.
• Optimize supply chain efficiency through cost reduction and process improvement strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to forecast demand and align procurement plans.
• Oversee import/export documentation, warehouse operations, and transportation logistics.
• Track performance metrics and prepare supply chain reports for management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or procurement management.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and supply chain software (ERP preferred).
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
