Job title: Supply Chain & Operations Specialist

Location: Riyadh - Saudi Arabia

Salary Range: 6500 - 8500 SAR

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement activities including sourcing suppliers, negotiating, and issuing

purchase orders.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure continuous supply of

materials.

• Monitor costs and ensure purchasing efficiency while maintaining quality standards.
• Supervise daily production operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to schedules.
• Plan and coordinate production activities based on operational needs and available

resources.

• Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
• Oversee warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and dispatch of materials.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records.
• Conduct periodic inventory checks and resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure proper organization and efficient use of warehouse space.
• Supervise and coordinate work teams across procurement, production, and warehouse

functions.

• Prepare regular reports on operations performance for management review.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Perform any additional tasks assigned in line with business needs and operational

requirements.

• Implement Lean Manufacturing principles and tools for example 5S, Kanban, etc..

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical/industrial engineering or relative
• Min. 3+ years’ experience in Industrial/manufacturing plant
• Min. 3+ years’ experience in Aluminum & Glass Industries
• Familiar with usage of Odoo or alternative software
• Problem solving Skills
• Time management
• Transferable Iqama
