The role will proactively coordinate and execute the project/programme test, validation and signoff activities to complete the rollout roadmap and objectives/deliverables specifically for the IBP project.

Within Europe Supply planning (CCC Hub based role), we are looking for a Supply Planning Regression test Subject Matter Expert to act as the key stakeholder to support the migration of SWE o9 pilot version to the global build version and tenant

The role will act as focal point between transformation program teams/sector and local CCC organization, providing training and coaching to the CCC planning teams
Responsibilities
Coordinate programme/project activities within CCC supply planning teams

Align and coordinate activities within CCC to meet sector programme rollout plan
-
Prepares reporting on progress, blockers, hotspots and escalations to CCC & Sector SP/CP team

Supports creation of transition activity plans for CCC/Rco teams

Proactively representes CCC SP team on project meetings, calls, steerco
Drive transformation programme testing, validation & signoff activities, acting as Supply planning SME

Act as Regression Test SME, acquiring the knowledge, taking trainings and getting exposure to the different systems involved within the transition in scope (SAP, o9, BY, etc)

Responsible to deliver all required testing activities (such as Data validation, SIT, UAT) to ensure the transformation capability/functionality is fit for purpose

Responsible to document all bugs, issues and functional gaps of pilot product vs aspirational design

Responsible to drive a parallel run of legacy solution and new capability/functionality, securing process continuity

Deliver the formal signoff of solution compliance, to finish parallel run and/or exit hypercare phases

Coordinate with CoE and sector transformation on functional support required to meet programme timing/scope

Build & document internal knowledge base to support CCC training plans to target audience
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (preferably in Engineering /Supply Chain/Logistics or related field)

Fluent in English - Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proven experience and proficiency on:
-
Supply Planning function (incl. inventory management, DRP, MRP)
-
Well versed in supply planning tools - eg Manugistics / Prolink
-
Knowledge on IBP process.

Masters planning methodologies, optimization etc
-
Experience in ERP (SAP) usage, nice to have
-
Project management skills, experience with PMO tools & processes

Ability to network, collaborate & interact with people spanning different geographies, functions and organizational level

Strong analytic & diagnostic skills - Feel comfortable working with complex, fragmented data to drive insights

Considerable experience in running business performance reporting/analysis: be able to connect the dots across the SC key metrics spectrum

Excellent organization skills and autonomy, ability to deal with multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
-
Well versed in modern reporting and analytics tools and technologies (constant upskilling mindset)
-
Ability to think strategically and translate complex concepts into understandable and actionable items
-
Good social, communication and influencing skills

3-5 years supply chain experience
