Supply Chain / Procurement Professional

Role Overview
United Distributors Pakistan Limited (UDL), a publicly listed company, has been contributing to the development of Pakistan’s agro-business sector since 1985 actively seeking profiles of a competent and dynamic Supply Chain / Procurement Professional at Head Office in Karachi, (Asst. Manager Role ) with proven experience in local and international procurement. The role will focus on vendor management, imports, and ensuring timely, cost-effective supply of materials.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage procurement of local and imported materials.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and freight forwarders.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing to achieve cost efficiencies.
  • Coordinate with finance, plant, and operations teams on material requirements.
  • Handle LC documentation, shipping, and customs-related matters.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 2–3 years’ proven experience in procurement & supply chain (imports essential).
  • Knowledge of LC handling, import/export laws, and vendor management.
  • Strong negotiation, coordination, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; ERP knowledge preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs125,000.00 per month
