Supply Chain Specialist

Job Description:

MISSION
Procurement Specialist responsibilities mainly to ensure Procurement of materials is done following the procurement request from the Project mangaers and ensure close follow up and timely delivery of the material meeting the project timelines. Ensuring all relevant detailed information are correctly recorded to allow the accuracy of the Supply Chain reports.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Prepare and Process all Intra group, Outside group, EDI procurement request for Gulf Services operations in line with the project requirements & supplier offer via BFO Case and periodically update them based on the PO progress.
  • Regular follow-up of Order Acknowledgement and ensure data accuracy in maintaining AR status update in ERP
  • Follow-up and escalate via CR process to ensure on-time delivery to meet project delivery plan and
customer commitments.
  • Maintain Close coordination with FS GSC team, SIOP leaders, Back Office, Factories to escalate critical orders for Field Services to achieve Quarterly Sales forecast.
  • Establish and monitor specific supply chain-based performance measurement systems of OG, IG, EDI
procurement & identified key performance indicators (KPI) and established targets for monthly Supply
chain report for gulf field services. Reducing shipment times by creating logistics report to identify delayed customer orders.
  • Progressively update project managers on the order delivery status on BFO cases & SAP.
  • Prepare Weekly of BOL & OTDFS performance and update new committed dates for late orders in the
ERP system.
  • Follow procurement process meeting the business KPI’s with no deviations & maintain procurement
metrics, reports, process documentation.
  • Resolve GR/IR Disputes under RSO Que and ensure all Supplier invoices are reviewed and processed for GRN on timely manner.
  • Process new vendor code creation and vendor extension as per SE Process
  • Build strong collaboration between all internal and external stakeholders associated with procurement,
logistic and warehouse process.
Qualifications:

REQUIREMENTS

  • University Degree in Supply Chain & Trade / Any Bachelor’s / Diploma degree with Supply Chain Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience
  • Strong English knowledge
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain management/procurement
  • Strong Experience of working in SAP CS & MM Module
  • Strong Knowledge in Incoterms, Export/Import Control
  • Solid knowledge of customs laws and regulations for the countries under scope
  • Hands on experience in MS Office (Mainly MS Excel & MS PowerPoint)
  • Good knowledge on BFO case Management & I2P process.
  • Good knowledge of SE systems and processes
