Why This Role Matters

We’re looking for a Supply Chain Lead to own Inventory, Procurement, and Planning for a set of assigned countries. This role is hands-on, high-impact, and critical to operational excellence. You’ll lead teams across remote locations , drive performance through data, and build scalable supply chain practices in a fast-growing environment.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and develop remote teams across multiple locations
• Drive strong planning rhythms: demand planning, supply planning, inventory optimization
• Lead country-level procurement execution by managing supplier relationships, negotiating commercial terms, ensuring continuity of supply, and driving cost, quality, and service improvements.
• Embed a continuous improvement mindset across processes, systems, and ways of working
• Partner closely with Operations, NPD, Finance, and central Supply Chain teams
• Use data and analytics to identify gaps, reduce waste, and improve service levels
• Travel frequently to support teams on the ground and strengthen execution
• Coach, mentor, and upskill team members to raise the overall capability bar
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Planning, Procurement, or Inventory roles
• Emerging leadership experience preferred
• Experience managing or working with remote or multi-country teams is a plus
• Background in food, FMCG, retail, or high-volume operations is a plus

• Proven ability to coach and mentor teams, not just manage tasks
• Ability to comfortably operate in a fast-paced, scaling environment
